You can guess by the photo that this post strays from this blog's normal subject matter, but I hope you'll indulge me.

My buddy Shawn started on an amazing journey of physical transformation 3 just three months ago when he was accepted into a his local newspaper's fitness challenge. Since then he's lost 40 lbs! He's gone from couch potato to triathelete and competed in eleven 5 & 10 KM runs during that time.
